I read with interest Joe’s post about Social Services and how they are spouting the age old statistic of the abused becoming the abuser. Can I swear Joe? What a load of old bollocks! As a victim of abuse the last thing I would ever submit my children to is any form of abuse or neglect. What I have longed for my whole life I finally have, a loving family around me! Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics - This will surely make you very angry, Beijing have terrible child abuse but in the form of training children to be Olympic medalists and we are encouraging Olympics? This will make you feel sick!! It made me so angry I in fact threw up that this is allowed to go on. How can the brutal training of child gymnasts be allowed to continue? If we as parents were pushing our children to these lengths surely we would be reported to Social Services…
